讲员介绍：Doctoral work in Systematic Theology, focusing especially on the discussion of the relationship between modern autonomy and Christian belief.  In recent years, his work has focused on two principal subjects: the interpretation and analysis of the distinct history of Christian care work and common ethical dilemmas in specific care traditions, especially the possible contributions from care traditions to the new development of citizenship in post-modern Europe. Ass.Prof. of theology (systematic theology and diaconal studies) at the University of Oslo’s Faculty of Theology 1996-2003. Professor same place since 2003..Prof. II at the College of Diakonia and Nursing at Lovisenberg School of Nursing, Oslo1998-2006.. Editor of  Norsk teologisk tidsskrift 1993-2003,.  Opponent at doctoral disputations in theology at the universities of Lund, ?rhus Trondheim, Sao Leopoldo, Brazil and  Oslo. Vice Dean at The Faculty of Theology 2003 -.2006. Member of the National Board for Ethics in the Media 2004-2009. Chair reseach group Professional ethics, diaconal studies and practical theology, Faculty of Theology, Chairs  international research group and NFR sponsored SAMKUL project HEROS, “Heterotopic Hospitality” 2011- ,  Chair Editorial Board “Research in Contemporary Religion” (V&R) 2011-, Editor-in-chief Diaconia. Journal for the Study of Christian Social Practice 2010 - , Chair Evaluation group theology in the international evaluation process, Uppsala university, 2011, Dean at The Faculty of Theology, University of Oslo, 2007-2014.
